1st year student induction programme was successfully conducted on 6-9-2023 in 6th floor seminar hall @ Gopalan College of Engineering and Management. The Dignitaries of today’s event is Dr.Basavaraju.C,Principal,GCEM, Dr.Manoj Challa,Vice-principal,GGI Dr.S.Anantha Padmanabhan Professor and HOD,ECE Department, Dr.Purushotham.G,Professor and HOD,AE Department,Mr.ChandanM.R,HOD,CivilDepartment,Dr.T.Natrajan,Associate professor and HOD,MEDepartment,Dr.Maharani.Y,Associate Professor, Physics & Basic science HoD,Mr.Mallesh.M,Dean,CSE Department.
The lighting of the lamp is done by all the dignitaries on the dais along with two 1st year newly joined students. The event was started with a welcome address by Dr. Purushottam, Professor and HOD, AE Department. The motivational talk was delivered by Dr. Basavaraju.C, Principal,GCEM and all heads of respective Department. The programme was successfully completed by delivering a vote of thanks by Dr.krishna Kumar, Associate Professor , ECE Department.
As a part of Inaugural function Yoga session's was conducted for all the first year students by Mr.Anand Hangal,Yoga trainer,Patanjali(Haridwar).At the end felicitation was done on behalf of our Management.
