International Chess Day 2023 was grandly celebrated on 20/07/2023 at GCEM. The Department of Civil Engineering organized the program. More than 30 students and faculties were participated in chess competition arranged on behalf of chess day at 3rd floor GCEM. Chess game was inaugurated by Dr. C Basavaraju, Principal, GCEM. Mr. Tejas Waghole 4th semester student of Civil Engineering won final game. Principal of GCEM presented the shield to the winner Principal Dr. C Basavaraju, all HODs, staff and students were participated with enthusiasm in the program. The program went well and concluded with prize distribution.Thanks to our management for giving this opportunity
