Freshers’ Day Celebrations “Nio Fiesta”

The Aeronautical Engineering Department held Freshers' Day celebration ‘Nio Fiesta’ on 3rd of February, 2023 to welcome the new batch of students into the department. The event was organized to provide an opportunity for the new students to get to know each other, as well as to give them a taste of the department culture and community. The Freshers’ Day was held in the department seminar hall and was attended by the new students, as well as the faculty and staff of the department. The event was inaugurated by the honourable Principal Dr. Basavaraju C. Dr. G Purushotham, Head of the department graced the occasion.

After the inaugural program, there was a fun-filled cultural events, where the students participated in various games and activities, such as singing, dancing, and skits. The cultural program provided a platform for the new students to showcase their talents and get to know their peers. The students were given a chance to interact with each other over refreshments and snacks, which were served during the event. The participants found the Freshers' Party to be a fun and enjoyable experience. Many students expressed their gratitude for the warm welcome they received from the department and said that they were looking forward to being a part of the department community.
