Rules and Regulations for Residents

1. Behaviour & Conduct
- Students must maintain courteous behaviour inside and outside the campus.
- Carry valid college identity cards at all times.
2. Visitors & Security
- Parents/guardians and visitors must register their details in the visitor’s logbook at the hostel entrance.
- Outsiders, including friends, are not allowed inside student rooms.
3. Attendance & Discipline
- Students must attend all classes regularly; unauthorized absence will invite disciplinary action.
- All residents must return to the hostel by 9:00 PM on all days, including holidays.
4. Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Rooms and common areas must be kept clean and hygienic.
- Damage or defacement of property, walls, or furniture is strictly prohibited.
- Students are responsible for the upkeep of furniture and fixtures provided in their rooms.
5. Electrical Appliances
- Unauthorized electrical appliances (heaters, hot plates, TV, etc.) are not allowed. Violations will result in confiscation and fines.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Ragging, smoking, consumption of alcohol, gambling, or drug use are strictly banned and will lead to expulsion.
- Cooking inside rooms is not permitted.
- Pirated or unauthorized movies/software must not be screened or stored.
7. Safety & Emergencies
