Study tour program

The tour was arranged to facilitate better learning of Aihole, Badami and Pattadakal through visiting the respective. The tour aimed at providing the students an opportunity to experience the rich cultural heritage that Aihole Badami and Pattadakal have to offer in consensus with the VTU syllabus. It instigates the students to apply their minds towards sensitive documentation of their learnings and generate a report of the same. The main objectives of the tour include

1. To acquaint the students with the culture and context of the region.
2. To facilitate integrated learning of their syllabus along with a site visit.
3. Architectural measured drawings of the details and freehand sketches.
4. Architectural Photographic documentation.
5. Documentation of the local stories of the place.

Projected Outcome

The collected information will be produced as a report, video documentation, and a measured drawing plate for History and Heritage Documentation.
